Refund Policy
At LinguiServ S.L, we are committed to providing high-quality language services to our clients. We want you to be completely satisfied with the work we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy.
Requests for refunds must be made within 15 days from the date the client receives the entire project. Refunds will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the service is not eligible for refund.
To request a refund, please contact your LinguiServ project manager and provide a detailed description of the nature of your problem. We will review your request and work with you to find a solution.
If the refund is approved by LinguiServ S.L, the money for the requested transaction will be refunded back to the customer in part or whole.
If you experience any issues receiving our services, please send a detailed description of the nature of your problem to your LinguiServ project manager. We will look into this issue and try to fix it free of charge until you are completely satisfied with the result.
In case this is not possible due to whatever circumstances, we will offer you a discount or a full refund.
